Wings of Fire by APJ Abdul Kalam. In so few words he narrates his experiences involving a wide range of subjects, science, technology, engineering, personal management, project management, interpersonal skills, leadership and so on. Personally, I feel his personality was akin to a 'satellite man' rather than a 'missile man' though he made most of what was offered to him. Some things I found strangely missing in his book. He is totally silent about 1) the question of his marriage 2) the emergency imposed by Smt. Indira Gandhi 3) Nambinarayanan, the person and the controversy.
